We operate as summer camp from May to August and host youth groups and corporate groups throughout the year.
Duties - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Sweep or scrub floors Skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of food service and food handling procedures - Basic cooking skills are a plus - Experience with bussing tables or working in a hotel or culinary setting is desirable - Familiarity with food preparation and catering is a bonus - Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards All employees must pass a level 2 background screening and drug test.
